Service Description

▪︎Age Range: 11+ ▪︎Genres: Drama, Comedy, Sitcom acting, Scene Study, Monologue work, Partner scenes ▪︎Experience Levels you teach: Intermediate and Advanced A triple threat performer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She began dancing at 3 years old and soon found herself taking belly dancing, hip hop, jazz and ballet classes. At 6 years old she started doing professional work including commercials and short films. Her television credits include: Corazón Valiente, Una Maid en Manhattan, Alguien te Mira (Telemundo); Sábado Gigante (Univision); Miami 305, Grachi (Nickelodeon) and NBC. She toured around in South America promoting her single, “Why Didn’t You Say So” and performing on live radio and television including Pequeños Gigantes and for the Marlins Team and many non-profit projects. When collaborating on new endeavors, Sofia commits fully to the success of all projects she takes on. Such examples include Make a Wish Foundation’s Tunes for Tots South Florida organization, performing live for 4+ years, the Downtowner Series, and as a Worship Song Leader at FUMC for the past 5 years and ongoing. She was able to bring all her three passions: acting, singing and dancing together with musical theatre. Her favorite roles to date are Ragtime as Mother, Yerma as Yerma, On The Town as Ivy Smith and choreographer. She recently did a second run of Disney’s Beauty & the Beast at the Adrienne Arsht Center as a featured dancer and ensemble. Get ready to for her new upcoming short film, Oliva Spei, coming soon! Check out her latest single cover, where she brings her own flair to the iconic Amy Winehouse's hit, Back to Black, now streaming on all music platforms. If notice has been provided in less than 24 hours it is at the instructors discretion to provide you with a makeup ONLY if the reason is valid. -No Call/No Shows will not receive makeups. -No refunds, transfers, or credits are offered.
