Cancellation Policy

-TO BOOK YOUR LESSON, PLEASE EMAIL musicologyacademy@yahoo.com WITH YOUR REQUESTED INSTRUCTOR, DAY/DATE, and TIME -Upon receiving your requested lesson, a confirmation email will be sent to you. -Once your lesson has been confirmed it is considered "Booked" and a payment link will be sent to you for your Booked lesson. -Payment must be made and received within 24 hours of your receipt of payment link for your lesson. -Makeups will only be provided if a 24 hour cancellation notice is provided. -If notice has been provided in less than 24 hours it is at the instructors discretion to provide you with a makeup ONLY if the reason is valid. -No Call/No Shows will not receive makeups. -No refunds, transfers, or credits are offered.
